HERE'S A REAL TREAT FOR ALL YOU SOCCA LOVERS

Socca sensation  NAILAH drops a red hot track called: NAILAH SAYS. Produced by BADJOHN RECORDS.

Her grandfather, the late Garfield Blackman, also known as Lord Shorty or Ras Shorty I, invented the style of music known as 'jamoo' and is also credited with inventing soca as a means of reinvigorating calypso music. Her mother, Abbi Blackman, is a calypso star in her own right. Nailah is also the niece of Avion Blackman, lead singer of the Los Angeles–based Christian-reggae band Christafari, and Nehilet Blackman-Gonowrie.

Nailah Blackman, the Trinidadian soca sensation, first graced the entertainment scene in 2017. Known for her captivating high-pitched vocals and spirited lyrics, Blackman embodies the essence of Trinidadian culture, celebration of life, and unapologetic self-expression.
