If your playlists need a burst of playful energy and rhythm, this is a strong addition from WAYNE WONDER, produced by Misik Muzik.

The sensual, honeyed vocals of Wayne Wonder have  made him a consistent hit maker with both extraordinary songs for lovers and  the streets since the late 80s.   Born  Von Wayne Charles on July 26 in Buff Bay, Portland, Wayne s initial singing  inspiration came from attending Sunday school.

The first  producer Wayne  recorded for was the legendary creator of dub, the late King Tubby. Wayne also recorded his  debut album No More Chance on the Pickout label.  No More Chance contained seven  original tracks and several obligatory cover versions, reflecting Jamaican  producers preference for recording singers doing American R&B hits.

Cali Fr presents "RELATE" A Reflection On The Human Condition

"RELATE" was Produced by DPen Melodies, Bornstar Music, and Vayro Records, With Cali Fr as the vocalist.

Cali Fr reflects on the human condition and shields himself from the negativity and bad intentions around him by retreating into “Relate.”

Painful experiences and constant conflict can wear anyone down, and plenty of us would rather hop on that Spaceship and drift among the stars than keep dealing with people.

Even if he may not connect with many folks these days, listeners will connect with the lyrics he lays out and keep the song in steady rotation. Cali Fr is still riding the momentum of his single “Bread,” and with more music on the horizon, he seems poised to reach even more listeners. Still trying to find my way.

Check out the track, and pass it along to a friend.

Check Out "MISSING YOU" By Singer J

"MISSING YOU" by Singer J is a song penned as a tribute to a loved one who has fallen. Singer J pours in the kind of passion and force one would expect from a deeply moving ode to someone recently lost. It is bound to pull at the heartstrings, just as songs of this kind are meant to do. And, sadly, many listeners will find the subject matter all too familiar. That is part of what gives tracks like this their appeal: they give voice to the ache so many people carry, or have carried, but could not quite put into words.

Singer J did his first recording at the age of eighteen with a song entitled ‘’WAVE YOU HAND’’, a collaborative effort with Elephant Man for recording producer and his then mentor Q45. That connection started a team family bond, and it served notice to the industry that there is a brand-new talent to be reckoned with. Since then, he has won the hearts of many fans all over the world and has made a household name for himself in dancehall.

Known for his smooth and soulful voice, Singer J continues to be a favorite among fans, delivering performances that leave a lasting impression.

Jah Thunder and Human Drop Bring You : COLD BREEZE

Jah Thunder and Human Drop come together on a warning-laced tune titled COLD BREEZE, produced by Human Drop Records in 2026. It rides on an infectious beat with a sing-along vibe throughout. Hit that play button and give it a listen right now.

Jah Thunder is a Jamaican reggae and dancehall deejay whose music grows out of Kingston’s streetwise culture and the deep spiritual pull of roots music. Born Omar Oneil Bolt in Cassia Park, Kingston, he emerged during a time when hard-hitting dancehall and conscious reggae often moved side by side, and his voice sits naturally in both worlds. He first made his mark in the late 1990s with “Bada Bada,” then went on to assemble a solid body of work marked by crisp delivery, militant force, and an uplifting edge. His approach often walks a line between roughness and intention: he can sound tough and grounded at the same time, yet the message beneath it usually points toward discipline, faith, and endurance.

Human Drop is a Swiss band featuring a musical blend of various styles and genres; their energetic, inspired instrumentation allows Adrien Savoy’s lyrics to convey a socially conscious message across a wide range of societal themes.

Dancehall and gospel reggae star Lieutenant Stitchie dies at 60

Lieutenant Stitchie, the Jamaican dancehall deejay who later reinvented himself as a gospel reggae artiste, has died at the age of 60. Born Cleveland ‘Cleve‘ Laing, he passed away at a hospital in Kingston on Monday, just a day shy of his 61st birthday.

Laing was once both an athlete and a schoolteacher. He studied at GC Foster College of Physical Education and Sport and was also a former student of Tivoli Gardens High School. Before he devoted himself to music full time, he taught at the high school level, handling biology, physical education, English and history.

He first began carving out a reputation on the fiercely competitive sound system scene in Spanish Town in the early 1980s, performing alongside other young deejays such as Papa San, Wickerman and Major Worries. His big breakthrough arrived in 1986 with Wear Yuh Size, a playful tune that highlighted the lightning-fast delivery and sharp wordplay that would become his trademarks. He built on that success with Natty Dread, another well-loved song that further cemented his place as one of dancehall’s most distinctive voices.

His path changed dramatically after a car crash in 1997, when he became a born-again Christian. From there, he moved into gospel reggae and went on to release a string of uplifting recordings, including To God Be the Glory in 1999 and Real Power in 2000. Even with the shift in style, Stitchie kept the same high-energy flow and lyrical agility that had long set him apart, and he became one of Jamaica’s best-known gospel reggae performers.

Nickapella teams up with Jahmiel to drop ‘Don’t Worry’

Music has always had the ability to inspire. That is why Nickapella sees his latest collaboration, “Don’t Worry” featuring Jahmiel, as a powerful reminder of music’s capacity to uplift and dispel doubt.

As one of the standout releases from Nickapella’s upcoming album, Deeper Than Music, the single blends sincere songwriting with polished reggae production to deliver a track that is both emotionally compelling and musically rewarding.

Instead of following commercial trends, “Don’t Worry” leans into authenticity. Nickapella brings honesty and conviction to the record, while Jahmiel adds his distinctive vocal presence and emotional depth, creating a collaboration that feels genuine and resonant.

The production is clean and polished, keeping the vocals and lyrics at the center. The melodic reggae arrangement suits the song’s reflective tone while also giving it wide appeal for both longtime reggae listeners and newer audiences. In the end, “Don’t Worry” works because it offers more than an enjoyable listen-it leaves behind a message that lingers well after the final note.

The partnership between Nickapella and Jahmiel highlights the strengths of both artists while building anticipation for Deeper Than Music. It is a strong record that underscores the importance of meaningful songwriting in today’s reggae scene.
