After a rainout over the weekend, the 8th annual New Orleans Reggae Fest has a new date - and a new purpose. Organizers say Reggae Fest is postponed to November 14 - 15.
A number of Jamaican artists couldn't make it to New Orleans this past weekend because their flights were delayed and canceled by the approach of Hurricane Melissa.
